About the Role

The Employee Relations, Wellbeing and Safety function at ANZ Group helps people work together to create a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace. We’re responsible for end to end ownership of the employee experience, from dedicated first responders through to case resolution.

In this role, you’ll work in the Employee Relations Team with Line Managers, senior leaders, executives and employees across ANZ Group, managing ANZ Group’s most complex ER matters.
