About the Role

The Employee Relations Representative II serves as an experienced HR professional responsible for managing complex employee relations matters. This role partners closely with employees, people leaders, HR business partners, and legal/compliance teams to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolution of workplace issues. The position requires strong investigative skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including performance concerns, policy violations, attendance, workplace conflict, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation complaints.

Conduct impartial and thorough workplace investigations, including interviewing witnesses, gathering documentation, analyzing findings, and preparing written investigation reports.
