We are looking for a proactive and people-centric FLO – Employee & Industrial Relations professional to strengthen shop-floor engagement, ensure manpower availability and foster harmonious industrial relations in a manufacturing setup.

1. Manpower Availability, Shift Optimization & Discipline Management

• Ensure optimal manpower availability through effective deployment, shift adjustments, and execution of manpower rationalization plans to improve productivity and control costs.
• Monitor overtime usage and implement controls to ensure cost discipline.
• Support line management in maintaining discipline and conduct, including end-to-end coordination of disciplinary cases.
• Conduct structured counselling sessions for technicians to improve shop-floor behavior, attendance, and performance.
