About the Role

Description:

Employee Relations Leader, Pacific 

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Relations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, 2-3 days per week, where you will partner with a peer in a job-share.

We will count on you to:

  • Provide expert advice and counsel to HR colleagues and senior management across the Pacific region on a wide range of employee relations issues including misconduct, performance management, industrial relations, and legal compliance.
  • Oversee and conduct investigations into employee complaints such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, partnering with external legal counsel as needed.
  • Act as Marsh’s representative in matters before the Fair Work Commission and other regulatory bodies, managing conciliations and arbitrations.
