Your role
This role is firstly centred on Employee Relations and secondly on HR Business Partnering. We are looking for someone with a passion for elevating employee relations practices and the experience to guide and influence complex matters in a global context.
Key responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in Danish Employee Relations
- Advise on and be responsible for Danish employment law, collective agreements, local agreements and HR legal matters
- Own and drive simplification and workflow design
- Guide HRBPs and leaders in Denmark on legal people matters
- Support selected VP areas as an HR Business Partner by understanding business needs and delivering relevant HR initiatives, processes and insights
