Emergency and Asset Administrator - Randstad

About the Role

Randstad are currently recruiting experienced Emergency and Asset Administrators for a government team. 3-6 months assignments with a high view for extension. Western suburbs location with pay rate $49-$53 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Response & Triage: Act as the primary contact for emergencies, security breaches, and access issues.
• Financial Administration: Effectively monitor budgets, track project expenditure, and manage the end-to-end payment process for contractors
• Data & Reporting: Research and synthesize complex data
• System & Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies to implement better ways of delivering security services.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Work collaboratively with external agencies
• Self-Insurance Management: Administer the budget and rectification processes for arson and vandalism claims
