About the Role

EMEA HPE Program Manager leads onboarding initiatives across the region, integrating new countries and operations into the HPE operating model and ensuring seamless operational readiness in alignment with global governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding programs for new countries, entities, and operational transitions across EMEA.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service Delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between country leadership and regional/global functional teams.
• Ensure full operational readiness across people, processes, systems, and governance before go‑live.
