A global digital infrastructure company is seeking an General Counsel to lead legal support across EMEA with a strong focus on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the EMEA legal team
- Negotiate and manage EPC, design-build, contractor, engineering, and major supply agreements
- Support real estate, development, and commercial transactions
- Oversee construction claims, disputes, and outside counsel
Qualifications
- Strong background in construction, engineering, or infrastructure law
- Experience with complex, cross-border projects
- Prior in-house experience and exposure to data centres, energy, industrial, or telecom preferred
