Reporting directly to the Electrical, EMC & EWIS Manager, the EMC Engineering Delegate (DAD/DAR) will be responsible for demonstrating and approving compliance to applicable airworthiness requirements related to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Acting under delegated authority from Transport Canada, the incumbent will make findings of compliance for EMC-related certification activities, ensuring that aircraft systems are protected against electromagnetic threats including EMI, HIRF, lightning, and ESD. - Act as a Transport Canada Delegated Authority (DAD or DAR) for EMC, making findings of compliance to applicable airworthiness regulations.
