Embedded Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. This role is crucial for developing and optimizing the next generation of mission-critical two-way radio products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between software development and hardware design, possessing strong knowledge in both embedded programming and Radio Frequency (RF) principles.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain real-time embedded software/firmware for two-way radio communication products (e.g., LMR, DMR, P25 standards).
Collaborate closely with RF/Hardware engineers on board bring-up, hardware-software integration, and low-level driver development for RF front-end control, synthesizers, power amplifiers, and other radio components.
