Embedded Software Engineer

• Propose, design and develop wireless features in Android application or Android framework for purpose built Mission Critical Two way radios
• Understand the mobile wireless requirements to implement features defined by standard bodies and features that enhance user experience
• Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options, offer solution suggestions
• Collaborate with Global Software teams in MSI to design, develop and launch features on time with highest quality
• Make performance and optimization trade-offs to meet product requirements.
• Performs root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems

Basic Requirements

• Graduates in Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field
• At least 3-6 years of experience with Android Development or a combination of Android and Embedded Systems
• Experience with AOSP (Android Open Source Project)
