About the Role
:
• Collect external manufacturing capacity and consolidated to report by product line.
• Release purchasing requisition in SAP and manage its purchase order.
• Release purchasing requisition in Peoplesoft and manage its purchase order.
• Release purchasing requisition in QAD and manage its purchase order.
• Communicate effectively with external manufacturers to follow up the delivery schedule and collect its shipping record, consolidate the shipping record to Power BI report.
• Invoice handling, check invoice dashboard, invoice visibility report on weekly basis, following with RTPCS team, EMs to get the issue resolved.
• Help SCM to extract different reports from system and keep updated.
• Send/share different daily reports to target distributor list on daily basis.
