Job Description for BIM Modeler (ELV)
- Support BIM Lead in day-to-day modelling task.
- Strong knowledge in LOD requirements.
- Manage and Create 3D models of ELV elements using Revit.
- Good in Scheduling with the required parameters.
- Good knowledge in Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Review each drawing according to company standard.
- Able to understand BIM Process.
- Skilled with accuracy in modelling.
- Have a consultancy background and have at least 5 years' experience in modelling.
- Develop families and update standard libraries.
- Knowledge in DiRoots and Dynamo is a plus.
- Able to communicate well and proficient in English.
