About the Role

Our client is a Beauty & Surgery Clinic.
Responsibilities
Taking care of the clinic's VIP customers in using the service and after service.
Creating a premium service atmosphere.
Receiving online inquiries and coordinating between the service team (nurse) and the CS team in accepting patients from online channels.
Pushing campaigns from Marketing as well as receiving campaigns from Marketing to extend the campaign notification or Special Privilege.
Handling Up Sale / Cross Sale from various Inhouse Marketing campaigns.
Qualifications 
Not over 40 years old.
Earned a bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of experience in the field of Customer Service, Sales, and Coordinator.
Love beauty products.
Good personality.
