This individual helps oversee Technicians and aid in their professional development while delivering superior customer service when interacting with customers. The Elevator Mechanic will advise customers of both needed and proactive service offerings on installed products. This role requires travel to customer sites in both local and other regions. Leadership and collaboration are key qualities that will ensure the success of this role.
