Elementary Academic Support

Seeking an academic support teacher who will assist with elementary academic programs and has a heart to serve the divisional staff through covering classes and collaboration with faculty, administration and office staff.

• Serves as a substitute teacher and a cts as a teaching assistant in the classroom when additional supervision or assistance is needed (such as intervention, advising and academic coaching)
• Coordinate, collaborate, prepare and manage educational materials, ensuring consistent and effective services are provided to all students
• Administer entrance or placement testing as needed, serves as a proctor for tests
• Coordinate and implement academic events or activities such as study hall groups and academic competitions
• Observe and report any classroom findings to lead teachers.
