Electronics Assembler

PCB Assembler Role
* Soldering a wide range of PTH components to IPC or J-STD standards (Class 2 & 3)
* Using X-Ray inspection equipment to check solder joints
* Assembling simple cables, small mechanical builds, and enclosures
* Programming and operating selective soldering and wave soldering machines
* Following build instructions and manufacturing drawings accurately
* Using the companys computer-based system to record production notes and log time
* Reporting quality issues and working closely with the quality manager to maintain standards

Experience of the PCB Assembler
* Desirable Experience soldering to IPC or J-STD standards
