Review field tickets and critical failure cases reported by technical interface teams; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by monitoring key performance indicators for the effectiveness and cost of sustaining operations.Collaborate with Engineering Development to propose design changes, balancing long-term quality/reliability objectives with the costs of modifications and defect/non-conformity remediation.Support the System Test team to ensure every release is adequately validated, documented, and communicated to relevant teams, with clear progress reporting and release-date communication to stakeholders.Required Skills
