Seeking an Electronic Engineering Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Chicago with our client, a leading Manufacturer of Automated Equipment for Industrial Laundries.
Responsibilities:
- Testing and debugging of electronic boards.
- Production/Testing/Debugging microcontroller-based PCBs.
- Loading software, configuring, and testing Industrial PCs and PLCs.
- Support of the machine production and service department.
- Maintaining support documentation for manufacturing and testing.
- Building and maintaining electrical/electronic test fixtures.
- Customer phone assistance for troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree in the electronics field or equivalent experience.
- Strong electronics troubleshooting skills; PCB level experience is a must-have.
