Electrician - Level III

**DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Effective involvement in daily maintenance activity for machine shop breakdown.
+ Manage spare parts for improving downtime of machine.
+ Support to achieve Zero Quality defects.
+ Achieve Zero Safety Incidences in shop.
+ Maintain 5S & TPM Score.
+ Ensure preventive & predictive maintenance.
+ Ensure that there is adherence to all Discipline norms by Associates, ITI .
+ Monitor & control plant day to day issues.
+ Ensure to update shop breakdown for history & analysis.
+ Improving the quality by continuous improvement.
+ Resolve improvement action items generated through kaizen safety round, TPM , CI etc .
+ Maintain & Improve Housekeeping standards.
+ Knowledge of the CNC machine, SPM , Electrical system / assembly & test cell equipment.
+ Maintain the discipline of the work force.
+ Ensure machine safety & interfacing with other machine etc.
