DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Effective involvement in daily maintenance activity for machine shop breakdown.
Manage spare parts for improving downtime of machine.
Support to achieve Zero Quality defects.
Achieve Zero Safety Incidences in shop.
Maintain 5S & TPM Score.
Ensure preventive & predictive maintenance.
Ensure that there is adherence to all Discipline norms by Associates, ITI .
Monitor & control plant day to day issues.
Ensure to update shop breakdown for history & analysis.
Improving the quality by continuous improvement.
Resolve improvement action items generated through kaizen safety round, TPM , CI etc .
Maintain & Improve Housekeeping standards.
Knowledge of the CNC machine, SPM , Electrical system / assemb...
