- Can work with the least Technical Supervision.
- Can do materials ordering with proper specs/ratings/quantity.
- Assist in the proper and safe execution of renovation works and other electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance.
- Assist in ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out safely.
- Assist in minor troubleshooting and repairs like replacement of busted light bulbs, repair of non-working switches and outlets, and plumbing works.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards.
