We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Electrical Supervisor within a busy manufacturing environment.
As a Electrical Supervisor this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong electrical background to oversee production activities, drive team performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of electrical panel wirers and fitters, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and operational excellence.

* Key responsbilities of the Electrical Supervisors are Leading, supporting and motivating a team of electrical assembly technicians, panel builders, and fitters.
