Electrical Software Engineer

Overview

Electrical Software Engineer designs controller system software for our customers. They will be traveling to clients' locations, analyzing system requirements, writing and installing custom programmable logic code, testing system efficiency, and providing operational support.

Responsibilities

• Create and read/understand logic and flow diagrams.
• Identify and design a robust program fit for any mechanical or electrical purpose.
• Interact/collaborate with customers on design concepts.
• Determine machine automation test criteria before final installation.
• Design PLC/GP programs for simulation, testing and start-up.
• Programming of automation and control systems that use PLCs.
• Monitor operational systems and troubleshoot problems.
• Conduct system commissioning with customers to meet system validation at the project site.
