About the Role
Responsibilities
- Perform and verify the design of electrical installations.
- Act as the Package Responsible Engineer.
- Define and design heat trace requirements in accordance with P&IDs.
- Prepare, check, and approve Material Take-Offs (MTO).
- Prepare, check, and approve technical requisitions.
- Follow up with vendors and manage supplier interfaces.
- Insert and maintain data in the engineering registry.
- Produce engineering work packages and interface with other disciplines.
- Conduct site surveys as required.
Required Expertise
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering area.
- Experience in electrical engineering from large modification projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical design standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC.
