About the Role
Client:
Working throughout several sectors including commercial, residential, education, the business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 12 months. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects 2026 turnover to be in the region of £100M. They have recently secured several major schemes in London.
Project:
Working closely with a private client, the M&E contractor is delivering two private members clubs in West London totalling £10m MEP. The facilities will include gyms/suana, restaurants, bar, cinema, pool and living space. A high end facility currently under NDA.
They require an Electrical Project Manager to lead the Electrical packages on both facilities totalling £4.5million, you will lead the project from preconstruction to handover.
