About the Role
Responsibilities
- Proposing M&E designs according to recognized engineering standard and following Malaysian rules and regulations for commercial buildings, malls and residential towers.
- Preparing engineering drawings as per client's specification request.
- Project management and subordinate coordination.
- Planning, managing and scheduling project works.
- Reviewing design optimization and providing technical support.
- Liaising with suppliers, consultants and client authorities.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.
- Preparing Operation and Manual (O&M).
- Attend technical meeting with clients and consultant to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Electrical & Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics or equivalent.
- Required skill: AutoCAD.
- Fresh graduate would be considered upon interview.
