Electrical Manager (Switchboards)

Our client, a well-established player in the HVAC manufacturing industry , is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Design Manager to lead electrical design activities for power and control switchboards used in HVAC applications.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role combining technical design authority, cost control, and team management , ideal for candidates with strong LV switchboard design experience and exposure to manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Technical Oversight

• Lead and manage the electrical design team responsible for LV power and control panels for HVAC systems.
• Oversee electrical design deliverables, including drawings, calculations, schematics, and technical documentation.
