Description de la mission

·Complies with and ensures compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on HSE and environmental standards and follow the group Vicat’s corporate policy on HSE, and compliance, and CSRD ESG. Ensuring healthy and safe working conditions for subordinates and performers, monitoring their compliance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory legal acts on labor protection and the group Vicat’s standard.

·Responsible for the planning of electrical maintenance, evaluating priorities, organizing activities and making resources available, ensuring the completion of the team's work through guidance and monitoring, in order to maintain production efficiency through equipment maintenance.
