About the Role
Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Building Services
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static commercial building services contract based in the Royston area. The role is based at a prestigious government facility and involves planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
*
Electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
*
Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs and associated HVAC plant
*
Electrical fault finding, testing and repair within commercial buildings
*
Maintenance of building services electrical systems
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety and site procedures
*
Completion of maintenance logs and statutory documentation
Essential Requirements
*
Fully electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
