About the Role
Electrical Improver – PAYE
Location: Heathrow Airport Terminal 2
Project Duration: End of May / Early June 2026 – Mid 2027
Contract Type: Permanent PAYE
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 (9 hours paid per day)
Minimum: 37.5 hours per week + Guaranteed OT1 (7.5 hours)

Clements Young are currently seeking experienced Electrical Improvers to join a high-profile baggage systems project at Heathrow Airport, working alongside a leading contractor on a long-term programme of works.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable PAYE employment on a project running through to mid-2027, with strong prospects for continued work thereafter.
