Electrical Foreman

On behalf of our client, MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Foreman to oversee field crews on water and wastewater treatment plant construction and upgrade projects. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate with project management, and ensure all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate crews of journeyman and apprentice electricians on industrial job sites.
  
• Plan and schedule daily work to meet project milestones and quality standards.
  
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, and control schematics.
  
• Oversee conduit installation, cable pulls, MCC and control panel wiring, and process equipment terminations.
  
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflow.
