Electrical Estimator & Takeoffs from Architectural Plans (Remote)

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Estimator and Takeoffs Specialist for an electrical contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing architectural plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotes and takeoffs from projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers to ensure that all estimates are comprehensive and meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze architectural plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine project requirements.
• Prepare accurate takeoff quantities for materials, labor, and overhead cost estimates.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather information and clarify project specifications.
• Develop and maintain estimation databases and templates for efficiency.
