Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator / Takeoff Specialist with strong proficiency in PlanSwift and proven experience performing accurate quantity takeoffs for electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed electrical quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift.
• Review and interpret electrical, architectural, fire alarm, plumbing, and mechanical plans to ensure complete scope coverage.
• Identify materials, labor requirements, and installation components required for electrical contractors.
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to verify scope accuracy.
• Communicate with potential clients to clarify drawings, answer questions, and provide technical feedback on reviewed plans.
