About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret electrical plans, drawings, and specifications
Supervise installation of:
Power and lighting systems
- Panel boards, switchgears, and transformers
- Grounding and lightning protection systems
- Fire alarm, CCTV, data, and other low-current systems
Ensure all electrical works comply with:
PEC (Philippine Electrical Code)
- Local building codes and project specifications
Coordinate with:
Civil, architectural, mechanical teams
- Electrical subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
Prepare and verify:
Method statements
- Shop drawings
- Material submittals and technical data
- Monitor work progress and report accomplishments and issues
