Electrical Engineer

Acoustic & Lighting System Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village

Provide on-site and remote IT support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for internal and customer sites.

Perform hands-on deployment of IT equipment, including PCs, servers, network devices, LAN cabling, patch panels, and racks.

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network, server, and basic cloud/hybrid infrastructure.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; manage equipment replacement, vendor RMA, and issue escalation.

Implement endpoint security, access controls, firewall policies, backups, and maintain technical documentation and asset records.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver IT solutions.

Scope of responsibilities may change based on organizational needs.

Job Requirement

Degree in IT, Computer Science, engineering or related field
