Electrical Engineer (Project Tender & Procurement)

Responsibilities

• Participate in HV project tender exercises by reviewing tender requirements and coordinating tender replies, clarifications, and submissions.
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain technical inputs, quotations, and supporting documents for tender participation.
• Ensure timely and accurate tender submissions in compliance with tender conditions and client requirements.
• Support procurement activities for awarded HV projects, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, and procurement coordination.
• Assist in pre- and post-contract administration, including procurement tracking, project progress monitoring, claims, payments, and variation orders.
• Attend client, consultant, supplier, and site meetings when required.
• Maintain proper project and procurement documentation in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and company procedures.
