Electrical Engineer

A reputable engineering firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a focus on Water/Wastewater projects to join their growing team in Pittsburgh! Responsibilities: Plan production for industrial (water/wastewater) and environmental facilities Coordinate design elements with other in-house disciplines (architecture, structures, environmental, site civil, and landscape design) Define equipment, layout, and protection requirements for new and retrofit distribution stations in accordance with all applicable industry codes and standards Communicate with clients to determine requirements then develop appropriate distribution station plans/specifications Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on system layout, SCADA controls, automation, and instrumentation Prepare electrical calculations for power distribution (low/medium voltage), lighting, controls, and fire alarm systems Requirements: A bachelors degree in electrical engineering (ABET-accredited preferred) or equivalent work experienc...
