About the Role
Functieomschrijving
- Lead a team of engineers in the design and realization of modular substation projects.
- Collaborate with customers, factories, and internal departments to align project requirements.
- Oversee electrical distribution systems design, addressing technical issues, and selecting components and cabling.
- Develop and execute assembly and commissioning plans, leading factory and site testing (FAT/FWT).
- Monitor the progress of factory operations, resolve technical issues, and estimate the commercial impact of additional work.
- Work closely with lead engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Functie-eisen
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of relevant work experience, particularly in LV, MV, Trafo systems, and construction procedures.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience leading engineering teams.
