Electrical Engineer

Responsible, mainly, to the preconstruction phase of housing, vertical projects, land development and special projects through furnishing electrical designs, plans and specifications, as well as, quantity and cost estimates and presiding bids and award conferences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares electrical design computations of houses and special projects.
• Provides electrical plans and specifications for all housing and special projects.
• Provide Engineering Plans (Electrical, Auxiliaries, Elevator) for Vertical Projects.
• Initiates canvassing of materials.
• Determines the scope of works for electrical works of housing, land development, special projects, and vertical projects.
• Establishes the in-house electrical estimate of housing, land development special projects and vertical projects.
• Conducts pre-bid conferences.
• Evaluates all bid.
