About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to primarily provide Power Distribution and electrical safety leadership. Experience with PLCs, electrical drives, and instrumentation is highly valued. The role involves continuous improvement efforts with a technical team and offers the opportunity to contribute to plant reliability at a site with a mix of modern and 1950s electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Provide power distribution engineering support for all manufacturing aspects, including medium and low voltage.

Maintain and develop electrical standards for the site.

Lead efforts to uphold electrical safety culture.

Interface with the local utility company regarding high voltage sources.

Troubleshoot controls issues with operations and the electrical team.

Evaluate substation and motor control center infrastructure, maintaining a 5-year strategy for upgrades.
