Electrical Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join an M&E contractor delivering building services projects. The successful candidate will manage the technical aspects of electrical packages, covering design coordination, installation support, and delivery through to handover, ensuring works meet specifications, budgets, and programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Understand project specifications and Employer’s Requirements

Liaise with client design teams and specialist electrical subcontractors

Prepare and manage technical submittals

Issue procurement and tender documentation

Manage the drawing production and approval process

Review manufacturer and subcontractor drawings for compliance

Manage procurement schedules, technical submittals, and RFIs

Review contract changes and liaise with the commercial team
