About the Role
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Registered Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical works for our upcoming project in Laguna South. The ideal candidate will ensure that all power, lighting, and auxiliary systems are executed with precision, safety, and energy efficiency, reflecting the premium quality of the Luana brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical Supervision: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems, including power distribution, interior/exterior lighting, and emergency power systems.
- Auxiliary Systems Management: Supervise the integration of specialized auxiliary systems such as Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS), CCTV, Data/Telecommunications, and Sound Systems.
- Plan Verification: Review electrical blueprints and load schedules to ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and the National Building Code.
