About the Role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage master schedules, project time lines and milestones; ensure planning of equipment tools, machinery, people resources (including contractors & subcontractors) are organized to meet project timing
Work directly with project team member & subcontractor to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget & with quality workmanship that conforms to clients expectation & requirements
Coordinate with other related internal departments to ensure goods are supplied on time & tracking status
Provide weekly updates for all current and prospective projects to management
Manage project during preconstruction process till project completion including billing & collection; pre-award activities include site surveys, feasibility reviews, subcontractor selection, coordination & submission of related documents to clients, ensure all work permits / requirements & project scope is confirmed with customer
