Responsibilities:

• Drives and evaluates the capital and miscellaneous projects assigned through planning, organizing and coordinating.
  1. Conception, feasibility study and proposal
  2. Prepare project paper write up
  3. Support Capital Team on business case development / justification to obtain project approval
  4. Develop URS, raise the PR and follow up on the equipment delivery
  5. FAT
  6. Site installation / setup and SAT
  7. Punch list & handover
• Communicate with the internal cross‑functional teams and external US COEs – vendors. Monitor, follow up on the work progress proactively (Project-Plant KPIs, CAPEX & timeline) and provide project status visibility to the management team for work prioritization and breaking through obstacles, if necessary.
