Overview

Electrical Contracts Manager. Location: Based within 1 hour of Southampton. Sector: 95% Commercial Projects. Project Values: Circa £60k per job. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial electrical projects. This role suits someone confident managing several jobs at once, from handover through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering multiple electrical contracts (approx. £60k per project)
• Overseeing commercial electrical installations
• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Managing health & safety and compliance requirements
• Liaising with clients and attending site meetings as required

About You

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager
• Strong background in commercial electrical work
