Electrical Building Services Engineer

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and delivery of electrical systems within building projects, from concept through to completion.

- LV power distribution
- Lighting and lighting controls
- Emergency lighting
- Small power systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Data/ICT and security systems
- Prepare load calculations, cable sizing, and fault level studies
- Produce specifications, technical reports, and schedules
- Develop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit (BIM experience preferred)
- Attend client and design coordination meetings
- Ensure compliance with local codes, IEC/BS/NEC standards, and energy regulations
- Support site inspections and commissioning activities
