Electrical Apprentice

As part of our Apprentice intake for 2026, we are recruiting Electrical Apprentices to work within our Delivery teams. Positions are available in the following regions: Thames Valley (Reading Area), Portsmouth Region, and Maidstone region.

Role

As an Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced engineers, assisting in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across various client sites. You will receive on‑job training and support to develop your skills and knowledge in electrical engineering.

Contract: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Paid hourly, with overtime paid. This is a field‑based role. You will be paid your travel time door to door.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Learning how to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
