We are looking for an eLearning Specialist to coordinate and support the delivery of our blended (offline and virtual) and online trainings programs.We want to work with someone who is passionate about customer service, process-focused, and committed to ensure most effective learning and enhancement of knowledge a
- Support and produce virtual and online events within Virtual Software and online LMS software
- Monitor and ensure accurate and timely communication with participants through the automated email system
- Assist in eBook ordering and delivery
- Assist with learning logistic and configuration calls before events
- Manage calendaring with all resources needed for live and online virtual delivery
- Send training logistical summaries to trainer and administrator for each virtual or online event - also gather completed summaries at the end for tracking and reporting<...
