About the Role:
- Assists the team in populating real estate-related databases including but not limited to commercial, retail, and industrial
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of collected data
- Verify and validate information in online property listings
- Conduct targeted cold calls to verify property information
- Other ad hoc desk research tasks
About You:
- Currently enrolled in college and pursuing Bachelor's/College Degree in Real Estate Management or any business courses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
